POWER UP PROBLEMS

Assuming that the fans and lights do not power up:

Check for power at the wall outlet.
Make sure the surge protector power switch is in the ON position..
Check for power at the computer cord.
Make sure the power supply's switch is in the ON position.
Check that the voltage selector is in the correct position.

NO OPERATING SYSTEM FOUND

Assuming that you had a working operating system installed.

Turn the Computer off and let it re-boot.
Check the Systems Bios Settings to see if the Hard Drive was detected...
Call for Service..

COMPUTER STARTS IN SAFE MODE

Don't Panic - let Windows load up & then re-boot normally.
